The primary fermentation part of the homebrew has come to an end after one week. Last night was the bottling process.
Although the mix in the fermenter didn’t look good, the smell of the amber liquid filling up the bottles was sweet as honey. It took me about an hour to fill the 29 bottles, about 22 litres of beer.
Another 2 weeks of conditioning (secondary fermentation) in the bottle before I can try some of the liquid gold.
