Today is my 4th double shift in a row. I’ve taken a few hours off this afternoon to catch up on some Zzzzzzzs before tonight’s toil again.
It’s not all bad though. Yesterday a mate of mine came to the pub so we sat outside in the sun for 4 hours, drank too much beer and caught a nice tan! These are my kind of shifts! Needless to say, I kept dozing off during the evening when I was meant to be doing my paperwork!!

PS: The London/UK heatwave continues! It was supposed to rain yesterday, but no sign of a cloud in the sky!
