Had a busy few weeks, so haven't had much time to keep the site up to date. The weather has steadily improved, so we've spent quite a bit of time in the garden. Also, we've been setting up Deb's new business - Adonis Grooming
The garden is looking heaps better after one year.We 'harvested' our first crop of carrots, but they were small and rotten, so went straight into the compost heap. I think the winter was too wet for them and they didn't get enough sunlight! But, the lawn is looking better and our Babianas are all in flower. We have decided to add a deck onto the back, so once I have completed that project, I will add some more garden photos. The kids are doing well. Josh is almost toilet trained now - still sleeping with a nappy - and insists on wearing undies during the day. He also knows the colours, can count to ten and can read the numbers. Isabel is growing quickly. She occasionally sleeps through the night too. She babbles heaps and smiles all the time. She has her 2 bottom front teeth now and is also starting to crawl. She commando-crawls all over the wooden floors. She says mama and dadda and loves books - well, chewing them anyway! Deb's business has been up and running for about a month now. It's been a little slow, but we're getting there. She sells men's grooming products online, so at least there are not massive expenses invloved. Check out the website - www.adonis.com.au - and let us know what you think. We have finally booked our flights to South Africa for March next year and now I'm counting the days. We also have a stop-over in Singapore on the way back. Shopping anyone?
