Madrid – 35 degrees!

Hi all,

Finally made it to Madrid today after WATCHING the running of the bulls in Pamplona this morning. We are staying in a 4 star hotel with pool, gym, etc, etc (“biggest hotel in Europe”) and it´s only costing us $40 each a night! Bargain!

Since I last wrote, we have seen Valencia (stayed in El Saler), Barcelona and the running of the bulls in Pamplona. We also met up with Brad in Barca and he spent a few days with us. He flies back to London tomorrow.

The Bulls was fantastic. The opening ceremony was so packed and everyone got covered in Cava, Sangria and whatever else was flying around!

We have also eaten some of the best food – paella and tapas over here is amazing. Not to mention the cheap beer and the Tiger Nut Milk!??!? Ask Brad – he drank the stuff!

On Saturday we leave Madrid; probably for Cordoba, maybe Seville. We haven´t decided yet.

Catch you all later.

Be the first to like.
