Day dreaming

Inspired by my cuz, Terri, I decided to make my to-do list of things that I always wanted to get done before my time was up.

Most of my list was travel related as that is what I long most to do. I have seen a fair bit in my short life, but there are still a few more adventure trips I’d like to attempt before I settle down for that round the world cruise on the QEII!

So, while I was sitting thinking and reading blogs and writing lists, I came across 2 fascinating sites – one is a To-Do lister’s dream-come-true and the other a wannabee-travellers ideal site.

43Things.com is a communal support site, where people with similar goals are brought together – both with other aspirants and with those who have succeeded – for advice, encouragement, and the chance to follow each other’s progress.

43Places.com is the same as above, but it is travel related.

So, out went the piece of paper and in came the keyboard and I started tapping away at my cyberlist until I had a long list of to-do and dones, to-see and been-there-done-thats.

I won’t bore you with my lists – some day when I don’t know what to write here, I’ll blog them for you all to see!

Chat soon (when I get back from Munich)

I think ‘wear-socks-with-sandals-and-see-if-people-think-I-have-a-major-character-flaw’ should be on your list of things to do before your time’s up.

Just joking. Please, for the love of God and everything holy and sacred, Don’t. Do. It.
